this is requested for my friend maki96

this is actually her 2nd request but I thought that would be alright since she is a good friend and she requested me to make an pixel icon by her character Luther Mcstrigifor.

I tried my best add many details as possible such as his glasses and his earings and I tried to add sparkle on him.
